Membership and billing

If you are already a member, your billing page handles the common jobs on its own: changing plan, updating your card, and cancelling. Refunds and the free trial are covered in the Refund Policy.

For anything that page cannot do, email hello@learntheimpossible.com from the address on your account where you can — it lets us find you without a round of security questions.

Technical problems

Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead, plus the device and browser you were using. A screenshot usually saves a day of back-and-forth. Send it to hello@learntheimpossible.com.

Affiliate programme

Terms, commission and payouts are set out on the affiliate page, and the rules are in the Affiliate Terms. Questions about a specific payout should come from the email on the affiliate account.
