Refund Policy
Last updated 6 August 2026
Short version: your first 7 days are free, so you can see everything before you pay anything. If you do pay and change your mind within 10 days, we refund it in full.
The free trial
- New memberships start with a 7-day free trial.
- We take your card at signup so the membership can continue without interruption, but nothing is charged during the trial.
- Cancel any time before the trial ends and you are never charged. There is nothing to refund because nothing was taken.
- When the trial ends, your chosen plan starts and the first payment is taken.
Refunds after you have paid
- Cancel within 10 days of a payment and we refund that payment in full, no questions asked.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows it within 5–10 working days.
- Because a refund reverses the value you received, your points balance is reset to zero and access ends.
- After 10 days, cancelling stops future payments but does not refund the period you have already paid for. You keep access until the end of that period.
Premium add-ons
Some content is sold separately as a one-off purchase. The same 10-day refund window applies from the date of purchase.
How to cancel or ask for a refund
Go to Account → Billing and use Cancel membership. It takes one click, there is no form, no phone call and no retention interview. If you are inside the 10-day window the refund is issued automatically.
If anything goes wrong, or you believe you are owed a refund that did not arrive, email hello@learntheimpossible.com and we will sort it out.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. By starting the membership and accessing the content immediately you may agree to begin before that period ends — but nothing in this policy takes away rights you have by law, and where the law gives you more than we offer here, the law wins.
