Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of Learn The Impossible (“we”), who operate Learn The Impossible at learntheimpossible.com. By creating an account you accept them.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 to hold an account.
• Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Accounts are personal. You may be signed in on one device at a time — signing in elsewhere ends the previous session.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account.

Membership and payment

• Membership is a recurring subscription. Prices are shown before you pay and include any tax where required.
• New memberships begin with a 7-day free trial; nothing is charged until it ends.
• After the trial the plan renews automatically each period until you cancel.
• Cancel any time from Account → Billing. See the Refund Policy for the 10-day money-back window.
• If a payment fails we may retry it and pause access until it succeeds.
• We may change prices, but not for a period you have already paid for, and we will give notice first.

What you can and cannot do with the content

Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to watch and learn from the content while your membership is active. It does not transfer ownership.

• You may perform what you learn, including professionally and for payment.
• You may not download, copy, re-upload, resell, share your login, or teach the material as your own course.
• You may not screen-record or redistribute lessons in any form.

Magic depends on method staying secret. Publishing methods you learn here — including to non-members — damages every performer, and is a breach of these terms.

The community

• Be civil. No harassment, hate, spam, scams or sexual content.
• Do not expose methods outside the member area.
• You keep ownership of what you post, and grant us a licence to display it within the service.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Ending the agreement

You can stop any time by cancelling. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or is used to redistribute content. If we close your account for a breach, no refund is due for the remaining period.

What we promise, and what we do not

We work to keep the service available and the content good, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, nor any particular result from learning. Skill depends on your practice.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be notified by email or on the site before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which we are established, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
