Affiliate Terms

These terms apply if you join the Learn The Impossible affiliate programme. They are deliberately specific about how commission is earned and paid, because that is what everyone actually wants to know.

Joining

• Anyone can apply from the affiliate page. You do not need to be a paying member.
• You get a personal link. Anyone who signs up through it is attributed to you automatically.
• We may decline or end a partnership at our discretion — for example for the conduct below.

How commission works

• You earn 3% by default. Your rate is set per affiliate and we may raise it; your dashboard always shows your current rate.
• Commission is one-time, on the first payment a member you referred makes. It is not paid on renewals.
• Because memberships start with a free trial, commission is earned when that first real payment clears — not when someone signs up.
• If that payment is later refunded, the commission is reversed. You keep nothing on a sale that did not stick (see the 10-day refund window).
• You cannot earn commission on your own membership or on payments you make yourself.

Getting paid

• Request a withdrawal from your dashboard once your available balance is at least $15.
• Requests are reviewed and paid manually. We aim to settle within 30 days of approval.
• You can hold one open request at a time; a new one can be raised once it is settled.
• You are responsible for your own tax on what you earn. We do not withhold it.
• We may withhold payment where we reasonably believe referrals were obtained in breach of these terms.

How you may promote us

• Disclose that you earn commission. In many countries this is legally required, and it is the right thing to do regardless.
• Be truthful. Do not invent results, testimonials, prices or guarantees we do not offer.
• Do not bid on our brand name in paid search, or run ads that look like they come from us.
• No spam, no unsolicited email or messages, no cookie stuffing, no misleading redirects.
• Do not use our name or logo in a way that suggests you are us, or that we endorse other products.
• Do not promote us on sites with illegal, hateful or adult content.

Breaching these forfeits unpaid commission and ends the partnership. We would rather explain a rule than enforce it — ask us if you are unsure.

Ending it

Either side can end the arrangement at any time. If you leave with a balance above the minimum we will pay it in the normal way. Below the minimum, the balance lapses.

Changes

We may update these terms, including default commission rates. Changes are not applied retroactively to commission already earned. Questions: hello@learntheimpossible.com.
